Anderson, Zeigler, Disharoon, Gallagher & Gray was founded in 1982 by Edwin C. Anderson, Kirt F. Zeigler and Robert Disharoon, former partners of Spridgen, Barrett, Achor, Luckhardt, Anderson, James & Zeigler, which traced its Santa Rosa roots to the 1920's.

Our mission is to effectively provide a broad range of legal services to our clients without having to refer them elsewhere for most legal matters.  To this end we provide legal services in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate, Taxation, Business, Corporations, Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies, and Limited Liability Partnerships, Real Estate, Construction, Unfair Competition, Copyright, Trademark, Labor (Employer / Management), Environmental Law, Pension and Profit Sharing, Elder Law, Administrative Hearings and Civil Litigation for all practice areas in State and Federal Courts.
