Edwin C. Anderson
Edwin C. Anderson was born in Seattle, Washington on January 31, 1931. He was admitted to the California bar in 1956, and the Washington Bar in 1961. He is presently admitted to all California Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Ed graduated from St. Mary's College (B.S., 1953). He was a member of the Taxation Advisory Commission of the California Board of Legal Specialization from 1971 to 1980.
He is the author of "Income Taxation of Decedent, Estate and Beneficiaries," Chapter 14 of CEB California Decedent Estate Practice; "You can almost take it with you: Commonsense Investing and Estate Planning" (1987, David S. Lake Publishers, ISBN 0-8224-9893-6), and "The Promise that was America" (1998), Jerns-Montague Press, ISBN 0-9660522-2-6).

Kirt F. ZeiglerKirt F. Zeigler was born in San Francisco, California on September 6, 1939. He was admitted to the New York Bar in 1964, and the California Bar in 1970. He is presently admitted to all California Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Kirt graduated from Stanford University (A.B., with honors, 1960; LL.B., 1963; Phi Beta Kappa; Order of the Coif). He is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, as certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.

Rob Disharoon
Rob Disharoon was born in Berkeley, California on July 26, 1948. He was admitted to the California Bar, all California Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit in 1973. Rob graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles (B.A., 1970) and obtained his law degree from the University of California at Davis (J.D., 1973). He was a member of The U.C. Davis Law Review from 1972-1973, and is the author of "Regional Water Quality Control," 5 U.C. Davis Law Review 272 (1972).

Barbara Detrich Gallagher
Barbara Detrich Gallagher was born in Los Angeles, California on January 17, 1954. She was admitted to the California Bar in 1978. Barbara is presently admitted to all California Courts, the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara (B.A., with highest honors, 1975) and obtained her law degree from the University of California at Davis (J.D., 1978) Omicron Delta Epsilon, Phi Beta Kappa, Order of the Coif. She was the articles editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review 1977-1978.

Margaret M. Elliott
Margaret M. Elliott was born in Lansing, Michigan on May 16, 1950. She was admitted to the California Bar, the California and U.S. District Court, Northern District of California in 1981 and the U.S. Tax Court in 1983. Margaret graduated from the University of Michigan (B.A., with distinction, 1972) and obtained her law degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California (J.D., 1981). Margaret is a member of the Thurston Society and a James Angell Scholar. She was the research editor for Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly from 1980 to 1981. Margaret was an extern for U.S. District Court Judge Weigel, 1981. Since 1993 she has served as Adjunct Faculty for the Sonoma State University Attorney Assistant Program. Since 1984 she has served as Faculty for Estate Planning and Gift Taxation at Empire College School of Law. Margaret is the co-author of "Income Taxation of Decedent, Estate and Beneficiaries," 2 California Decedent Estate Practice (CEB).

Tricia A. Shindledecker was born in Chateauroux, France on August 27, 1962. Wendy D.Whitson
Wendy D. Whitson was born in Norwalk, California on October 31, 1962. She was admitted to the California bar in 1987. Wendy attended the University of California at Santa Cruz (B.A., 1984) graduating with highest honors for course work and thesis work in Legal Studies and Hastings College of the Law, University of California (J.D.,1987). A native of Sonoma County, she practiced for ten years with and was a partner in the San Francisco real estate law firm, Zankel and McGrane, before joining Anderson, Zeigler, Disharoon, Gallagher and Gray.
