Mary Catherine Doherty
Mary Catherine Doherty has been practicing law since 1996 when she joined Anderson, Zeigler, Disharoon, Gallagher & Gray. She practices in the area of estate planning, trust administration, probate and employment law.
Ms. Doherty drafts estate plans for a wide variety of individuals with unique familial, property, and tax related concerns. She represents executors and trustees in estate and trust administration, and has experience preparing both estate and gift tax returns.
Ms. Doherty also counsels employers on personnel matters involving legal compliance in wage and hour, discrimination, harassment, and termination related issues. She further provides guidance on employee handbook and policy related matters.
